For mainland Spain: FREE SHIPPING
For mainland Portugal: FREE SHIPPING
Currently, Bateriasdemoto.com ships throughout mainland Spain and mainland Portugal.
1.2. Order tracking
At Bateriasdemoto we assign each order a tracking reference to locate it through your personal account in the “Orders” section.
1.3. Delivery
Packages are delivered within 24-48 hours (maximum 72 hours) from Monday to Friday. Please check the product label for the estimated delivery period.
Please let us know your availability: we deliver the battery when and where you need it.
ATTENTION: During BLACK FRIDAY, orders may take up to 6 business days to process.
On local, regional and national holidays, delivery times are extended by 24 hours.

1.5. Warranty and claims
The products are original from the brand, with factory warranty.
1.6. Defective products or incorrect shipments
In case of defective products or incorrect shipments, the user can choose to return or replace them. Bateriasdemoto will assume the shipping or return costs.
